Instructions

- In a large mixing bowl, beat the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add the eggs one at a time, then mix in the vanilla.
- Combine the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients gradually, alternating with the milk.
- Distribute the batter among the cupcake liners and bake for 18-20 minutes.
- Once cooled, fill each cupcake center with vanilla pudding.
- For the ganache, heat the cream and pour over chocolate chips. Stir until smooth.
- Drizzle ganache over cupcakes and allow to set before serving.
