Instructions
- Begin by slicing your brioche bread into generous pieces about ¾ to 1 inch thick.
- In a mixing bowl, crack in the two large eggs and whisk until they are well blended.
- Take each slice of brioche and gently submerge it in the custard mixture.
- Place a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat.
- Carefully lay the soaked brioche slices onto the heated skillet.
- Once cooked to perfection, remove the French toast from the skillet and serve immediately.
