This Bruschetta Flatbread Pizza Naan combines crispy flatbread with fresh toppings for a delightful twist on pizza.

- 2 (400 g) packs artisan flatbread
- 5 Tbsp pesto
- 1 cup fresh mozzarella, sliced
- 4 roma tomatoes, diced
- ¼ cup thinly sliced fresh basil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- ¼ cup grated parmesan
- ½ Tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- Salt, to taste
- Balsamic glaze, for drizzling
- Extra sliced basil
- Additional grated parmesan
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 220°C (425°F). Line a baking sheet with foil.
- In a medium bowl, combine the diced roma tomatoes, basil, garlic, parmesan, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, and salt. Mix gently and let it sit.
- Spread pesto evenly on the artisan flatbread, and top with mozzarella slices.
- Bake for approximately 10 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Transfer to a cooling rack, top with bruschetta mixture and balsamic glaze, then serve with extra basil and parmesan.
Notes
Avoid overloading the flatbread with toppings for a crispier finish.
