Description

This Bruschetta Flatbread Pizza Naan combines crispy flatbread with fresh toppings for a delightful twist on pizza.


Ingredients

  • 2 (400 g) packs artisan flatbread
  • 5 Tbsp pesto
  • 1 cup fresh mozzarella, sliced
  • 4 roma tomatoes, diced
  • ¼ cup thinly sliced fresh basil
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • ¼ cup grated parmesan
  • ½ Tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt, to taste
  • Balsamic glaze, for drizzling
  • Extra sliced basil
  • Additional grated parmesan

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 220°C (425°F). Line a baking sheet with foil.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the diced roma tomatoes, basil, garlic, parmesan, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, and salt. Mix gently and let it sit.
  3. Spread pesto evenly on the artisan flatbread, and top with mozzarella slices.
  4. Bake for approximately 10 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  5. Transfer to a cooling rack, top with bruschetta mixture and balsamic glaze, then serve with extra basil and parmesan.

Notes

Avoid overloading the flatbread with toppings for a crispier finish.
