Ingredients

- 8 oz fettuccine
- 1 lb chicken breast, sliced
- 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook fettuccine according to package instructions.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and add sliced chicken with Cajun seasoning. Cook until browned and cooked through.
- Reduce heat, add heavy cream and Parmesan, stirring until smooth.
- Combine sauce with pasta and mix well.
- Serve hot, garnished with extra Parmesan if desired.
Notes
For extra spice, add cayenne pepper to the Cajun seasoning.
