- Begin by carefully slicing the Brie cheese wheel into six equal wedges. To make the bites more manageable, cut each wedge in half horizontally, resulting in 12 smaller portions.
- Next, combine the candied pecans, dried cranberries, and fresh parsley. Finely chop all three ingredients together until they are well blended.
- Now, take your pretzel sticks and cut each one in half, giving you a total of 24 pretzel halves. Insert one pretzel half into the bottom of each Brie portion.
- Take the flat side of each Brie section and dip it into honey, ensuring an even coating.
- Next, press the honey-coated side of each Brie portion into the chopped topping mixture.
