These Caramelized Pear & Burrata Bites are a perfect blend of sweet and savory flavors, elegantly presented for any occasion.
Ingredients

- 3 ripe pears, halved and cored
- 1 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tbsp honey
- Pinch of ground cinnamon (optional)
- 8 oz burrata cheese, torn into pieces
- ¼ cup pomegranate seeds
- ¼ cup chopped pistachios or walnuts
- Fresh thyme or rosemary sprigs, for garnish
Instructions
- Begin by melting the butter in a skillet over medium heat. Stir in the honey until well combined. Place the halved pears cut-side down in the skillet and cook for about 3 to 5 minutes until golden-brown. Flip and cook the other side for another minute, sprinkling ground cinnamon if desired. Remove from heat and let cool.
- Arrange the caramelized pears cut-side up on a serving platter. Top each pear half with spoonfuls of burrata cheese.
- Sprinkle pomegranate seeds over the burrata and pears, add chopped nuts, and garnish with fresh herbs.

These bites are best served fresh but can have components prepared in advance.
