Ingredients

  • 3 ripe pears, halved and cored
  • 1 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • Pinch of ground cinnamon (optional)
  • 8 oz burrata cheese, torn into pieces
  • ¼ cup pomegranate seeds
  • ¼ cup chopped pistachios or walnuts
  • Fresh thyme or rosemary sprigs, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Begin by melting the butter in a skillet over medium heat. Stir in the honey until well combined. Place the halved pears cut-side down in the skillet and cook for about 3 to 5 minutes until golden-brown. Flip and cook the other side for another minute, sprinkling ground cinnamon if desired. Remove from heat and let cool.
  2. Arrange the caramelized pears cut-side up on a serving platter. Top each pear half with spoonfuls of burrata cheese.
  3. Sprinkle pomegranate seeds over the burrata and pears, add chopped nuts, and garnish with fresh herbs.
