- 4 ripe peaches
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon honey
- A pinch of sea salt
- Fresh mint for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Halve the peaches and remove the pits.
- Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat and place peach halves cut side down. Sizzle for 3-4 minutes.
- Sprinkle with brown sugar, cinnamon, and sea salt. Flip and cook another 2-3 minutes.
- Drizzle with honey, remove from heat, and serve warm with mint garnish.
Notes
A slightly firm peach is ideal. Monitor heat to avoid burning sugar.
