- 2 to 3 teaspoons cherry soda
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F and prepare the loaf pan.
- Mix the dry ingredients together in a bowl.
- Cream the butter and sugar until fluffy.
- Incorporate the eggs and vanilla extract.
- Combine the dry and wet ingredients carefully.
- Add the chopped cherries to the batter.
- Prepare the cookie crunch topping.
- Layer the batter and cookie topping in the pan.
- Bake for 45 to 55 minutes until done.
- Prepare and drizzle the glaze on the cooled loaf.
