Cheeseburger French Fry Bake is a delicious comfort food dish that combines ground beef and crispy French fries.

- 2 lbs ground beef (80–85% lean)
- 1 bag (28–32 oz) frozen shoestring French fries
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 2 tbsp yellow mustard
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise or burger sauce
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce (optional)
- 1/4 cup chopped pickles (optional)
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease your 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add ground beef and diced onion. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Cook until beef is browned, about 6-8 minutes. Drain excess fat.
- Spread half of the French fries in the baking dish, layer half of the cooked beef mixture, and drizzle with ketchup, mustard, and mayonnaise. Repeat with remaining fries and beef, and top with cheese.
- Bake uncovered for about 30-35 minutes, until fries are golden and cheese is bubbly. Let cool before serving.
- Garnish with chopped pickles and fresh parsley before serving.
