This Cheeseburger Pasta is a delightful blend of flavors combining the essence of a classic cheeseburger with pasta.

- 8 oz elbow macaroni
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 1 teaspoon ketchup
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Pickles and extra ketchup for topping (optional)
Instructions
- Bring a pot of lightly salted water to a boil, then add the macaroni. Cook according to the package instructions until it’s al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the ground beef, breaking it apart until browned (about 5-7 minutes).
- Add chopped onion and minced garlic; stir until the onion softens (2-3 minutes).
- Mix in mustard and ketchup, then pour in beef broth and milk. Bring to a gentle simmer for 2-3 minutes.
- Gradually stir in shredded cheddar cheese until melted and creamy.
- Season with salt and pepper; add macaroni and fold into the mixture until coated.
- Serve hot, topped with pickles and extra ketchup if desired.
Notes
Don’t skip seasoning the dish with salt and pepper. It enhances all the flavors beautifully.
