- 3 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8-count), cut into quarters
- 1 tablespoon melted butter (optional)
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease your baking dish with a non-stick spray or butter.
- In a bowl, combine shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, and season with salt and pepper.
- Fold in biscuit pieces gently to coat with the creamy mixture.
- Pour the mixture into the baking dish and spread evenly.
- Top with remaining cheddar cheese and brush with melted butter, if desired.
- Bake uncovered for 35-40 minutes until golden brown.
- Let rest for 5-10 minutes before serving, garnish with parsley.
