Ingredients

  • 3 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8-count), cut into quarters
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter (optional)
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease your baking dish with a non-stick spray or butter.
  2. In a bowl, combine shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Fold in biscuit pieces gently to coat with the creamy mixture.
  4. Pour the mixture into the baking dish and spread evenly.
  5. Top with remaining cheddar cheese and brush with melted butter, if desired.
  6. Bake uncovered for 35-40 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Let rest for 5-10 minutes before serving, garnish with parsley.
