Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare your baking pan.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. Create three wells in the dry mixture and add the wet ingredients.
  4. Pour the water over the mixture and stir until smooth.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and bake for 30-35 minutes.
  6. Let the cake cool completely in the pan before serving.
  7. Optional: Top with powdered sugar or ganache.
