Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat together eggs and sugar until light and fluffy. Sift in flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt, then fold gently.
- Pour batter onto the prepared baking sheet and spread evenly.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until the cake springs back when touched.
- Whip heavy cream with powdered sugar to stiff peaks and fold in melted and cooled chocolate.
- Unroll the cake, spread the filling, and re-roll tightly.
