- 100g powdered sugar (for rolling)
Instructions
- Begin by finely chopping your high-quality white chocolate and placing it into a heatproof bowl.
- In a small saucepan, combine the heavy cream and unsalted butter, heat until simmering.
- Pour the hot mixture over the chopped white chocolate, allow to sit for two minutes.
- Gently stir the mixture until it transforms into a smooth and glossy ganache.
- Add the vanilla extract and a pinch of salt to enhance the flavors.
- Fold in the finely chopped dried cranberries and pistachios.
- Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for at least two hours.
- Scoop out portions and roll them into smooth balls.
- Roll each truffle in powdered sugar until fully coated.
