  • 1 tbsp chopped pecans (or walnuts)
  • Pinch of sea salt

Instructions

  1. Start by heating a skillet over medium heat. Once hot, add your diced apples. Sprinkle the apples with cinnamon and pour in the maple syrup (or honey) and vanilla extract. Stir everything together, letting the mixture cook for about 2–3 minutes.
  2. After the apples have cooked and softened to your liking, it’s time to assemble your bowl. Take a generous scoop of cottage cheese and spoon it into a bowl.
  3. Now, take the warm, cinnamon-infused apples and place them directly on top of the cottage cheese. Next, sprinkle your favorite granola over the top and add the chopped pecans (or walnuts) as well.
