- 3 tablespoons butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- ½ teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper (or to taste)
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Begin by gently wiping the mushrooms clean using a damp paper towel to remove any dirt.
- Once your mushrooms are ready, melt the butter in your prepared skillet over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and let it cook for about 30 seconds.
- Now, introduce the mushrooms to the skillet and let them sauté for about 7–9 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- With the mushrooms cooked to perfection, pour the Worcestershire sauce and soy sauce into the skillet, adding freshly cracked black pepper to taste.
- Once the sauce has set to your liking, remove the skillet from the heat and sprinkle the chopped fresh parsley over the mushrooms.
