- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 cup hot chocolate mix
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 2 tbsp heavy cream
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup mini marshmallows
Instructions
- Prepare the crust by mixing graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and butter. Press into a lined baking pan and chill for 30 minutes.
- Beat cream cheese, sugar, and hot chocolate mix until smooth. Whip and fold in heavy cream and vanilla.
- Spread cheesecake filling over crust. Melt chocolate chips and heavy cream for ganache, drizzle over filling, and swirl.
- Chill for at least 4 hours before serving. Dust with cocoa and add mini marshmallows before slicing.
