Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9×9-inch baking dish.
  2. Mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a bowl.
  3. Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy; add eggs.
  4. Combine wet and dry mixtures, adding yogurt; avoid overmixing.
  5. Fold in cranberries; pour into baking dish.
  6. Bake for 35–40 minutes; check with toothpick.
  7. Cool and serve warm or at room temperature.
