Instructions
- Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add vanilla extract and optional orange zest, mixing until combined.

- Fold in cranberries and pistachios.
- Chill dough for at least 2 hours.
- Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C) and slice dough into rounds.
