Instructions

  3. Cook the fettuccine pasta until al dente and reserve some pasta water.
  4. In the same skillet, melt the butter, add garlic, then heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  5. Stir in Parmesan cheese and adjust the sauce with reserved pasta water if needed.
