Ingredients

  • 1 package puff pastry (store-bought or homemade)
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • ½ cup frozen peas
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, cream cheese, cheddar, peas, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Roll out puff pastry on a lightly floured surface to about 1/8 inch thick and cut into squares.
  4. Place filling on dough squares, fold them over, and seal edges with a fork.
  5. Brush tops with beaten egg and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
