- 1 package puff pastry (store-bought or homemade)
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 4 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- ½ cup frozen peas
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, cream cheese, cheddar, peas, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Roll out puff pastry on a lightly floured surface to about 1/8 inch thick and cut into squares.
- Place filling on dough squares, fold them over, and seal edges with a fork.
- Brush tops with beaten egg and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
