Instructions

  1. Start by heating a skillet over medium heat. Add the unsalted butter and allow it to melt completely.
  2. Once your butter is melted, add the corn. Stir the corn into the skillet, ensuring it’s coated with the melted butter. Cook the corn for about 5 minutes.
  3. After the corn cooks, stir in the honey, heavy cream, and softened cream cheese, along with the salt and black pepper, and cook together for another 10 minutes.
