  • Author: Alioui
  • Total Time: 2 hours 10 minutes
  • Yield: 8 servings 1x

Description

A creamy and savory dip that is easy to make in your crockpot, perfect for any gathering.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 can (14 ounces) artichoke hearts (drained and chopped)
  • 1 cup frozen chopped spinach (thawed and squeezed dry)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Optional pinch of crushed red pepper flakes

Instructions

  1. Start by adding your softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise into your slow cooker. Add in the chopped artichoke hearts and ensure they are well-drained. Follow this with the spinach, ensuring all excess water is squeezed out.
  2. Next, introduce the garlic and mix in thoroughly. Add the shredded mozzarella, grated Parmesan, and a sprinkle of black pepper for seasoning. For those who love a little kick, include a pinch of red pepper flakes (optional).
  3. Set the slow cooker to low and let the dip cook for about 2 to 3 hours or high for 1 to 1.5 hours. Stir occasionally.
  4. Once hot and bubbling, stir the dip once more and serve directly from the crockpot or transfer to a serving dish.

Notes

Refrigerate leftovers in an airtight container for up to three days and reheat thoroughly before serving again.
