Description
A creamy and savory dip that is easy to make in your crockpot, perfect for any gathering.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese (softened)
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 can (14 ounces) artichoke hearts (drained and chopped)
- 1 cup frozen chopped spinach (thawed and squeezed dry)
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Optional pinch of crushed red pepper flakes
Instructions
- Start by adding your softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise into your slow cooker. Add in the chopped artichoke hearts and ensure they are well-drained. Follow this with the spinach, ensuring all excess water is squeezed out.
- Next, introduce the garlic and mix in thoroughly. Add the shredded mozzarella, grated Parmesan, and a sprinkle of black pepper for seasoning. For those who love a little kick, include a pinch of red pepper flakes (optional).
- Set the slow cooker to low and let the dip cook for about 2 to 3 hours or high for 1 to 1.5 hours. Stir occasionally.
- Once hot and bubbling, stir the dip once more and serve directly from the crockpot or transfer to a serving dish.
Notes
Refrigerate leftovers in an airtight container for up to three days and reheat thoroughly before serving again.
