- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. In a medium bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.
- Cream together softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy. Add egg and vanilla extract, mixing until smooth.
- Gradually add the flour mixture to the butter mixture until a soft dough forms.
- Roll out the dough into a rectangle, brush with melted butter, and sprinkle cinnamon-sugar over it.
- Roll the dough tightly from one end to another, slice into 1/2-inch rounds, and place on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 10 to 12 minutes until edges are golden brown. Cool on a rack.
