Instructions

  1. Begin by heat-treating the dry Funfetti cake mix. This step is vital to ensure the cake mix is safe to eat raw. To do this, place your cake mix in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave for 1 minute and 15 seconds. Stir the mix every 15 seconds to promote even heating. Once done, allow the mix to cool completely before moving on to the next step.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooled cake mix with the vanilla Greek yogurt. Using a whisk or hand mixer, mix the two ingredients until they blend into a smooth, lump-free consistency.
  3. Next, take your chilled whipped topping and gently fold it into the cake and yogurt mixture. Be careful not to overmix; you want to see the airiness of the whipped topping remaining.
