Instructions
- Begin your cooking adventure by heating 1/4 cup of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. It’s important not to have the heat too high, as the oil should gently warm before you add the chicken.
- Once the oil is shimmering but not smoking, carefully add the cubed chicken breast to the skillet. Sear the chicken for about 5 to 7 minutes, turning it occasionally to ensure all sides are evenly browned and cooked through.
