Ingredients

  • 1 sea bass fillet, cut into chunks
  • 2 tbsp cooking oil
  • 1 tbsp minced fresh ginger
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 2 stalks green onions, chopped
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Season the sea bass chunks with salt and pepper and marinate for 15 minutes.
  2. Heat cooking oil in a skillet and fry the marinated sea bass until golden brown and crispy. Remove and set aside.
  3. Add ginger and garlic to the skillet and sauté for 30 seconds, then add green onions and sauté for another 30 seconds.
  4. Return the sea bass to the skillet, add soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sugar. Toss to coat the fish evenly.
  5. Serve over steamed rice or as a standalone dish.
