- 2 tbsp cooking oil
- 1 tbsp minced fresh ginger
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 2 stalks green onions, chopped
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp sugar
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Season the sea bass chunks with salt and pepper and marinate for 15 minutes.
- Heat cooking oil in a skillet and fry the marinated sea bass until golden brown and crispy. Remove and set aside.
- Add ginger and garlic to the skillet and sauté for 30 seconds, then add green onions and sauté for another 30 seconds.
- Return the sea bass to the skillet, add soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sugar. Toss to coat the fish evenly.
- Serve over steamed rice or as a standalone dish.
