- ½ teaspoon paprika + 1 teaspoon olive oil (for topping)
- ½ cup tzatziki or herbed Greek yogurt
- ½ cucumber, sliced
- ½ cup cherry tomatoes
- ¼ cup pickled red onions
- ½ cup mixed olives (green & Kalamata)
- 3–4 marinated artichoke hearts
- ¼ cup crumbled feta
- ½ lemon, cut into wedges
- 2 spicy grilled chicken skewers (or grilled halloumi slices)
- 2 cups pita chips or toasted flatbread wedges
Instructions
- Start by taking your spicy hummus and spoon it into a small bowl.
- Place the bowl of hummus right in the center of your serving platter.
- Fan out your pita chips or toasted flatbread wedges alongside the bowl of hummus.
- Arrange the cucumber slices and cherry tomatoes in clusters around the hummus bowl.
- Scatter mixed olives and place marinated artichoke hearts strategically on the board.
- Lay the spicy grilled chicken skewers or grilled halloumi slices on one side of the board.
- Place a small ramekin of tzatziki or herbed yogurt on the opposite side of the hummus.
- Garnish your board with freshly chopped parsley or dill.
