Instructions
- Begin by patting the halloumi dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture.
- Heat the olive oil in a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the halloumi slices for about 2 to 3 minutes on each side.
- While the halloumi is cooking, warm the honey over low heat and stir in the chili flakes and lemon juice.
- On a large serving platter, place the hummus and tzatziki in small bowls. Artistically arrange the cherry tomatoes, cucumber slices, olives, and roasted red peppers around the dips.
- Finally, place the warm halloumi slices on the platter, drizzle with chili honey, and garnish with fresh parsley or mint.
