Instructions

- Make the Mango Filling: Cook strained puree, sugar, and cornstarch over medium heat until thickened, form balls and freeze.
- Prepare the Mochi Dough: Blend glutinous rice flour, sugar, and water, add food coloring, microwave until sticky and translucent.
- Shape the Mochi: Cut dough into pieces, wrap around mango filling, pinch edges to seal.
- Final Touches: Dust with cornstarch, chill for 10-15 minutes before serving.
