  • 9 oven-ready lasagna noodles
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2025 pepperoni slices
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Begin by preheating your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the ricotta cheese, 1 cup of shredded mozzarella, 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
  3. Start by spreading a thin layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of your greased baking dish.
  4. Next, lay down three of the oven-ready lasagna noodles over the sauce.
  5. For the final masterpiece, sprinkle the remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese over the last layer of sauce.
  6. Cover the baking dish tightly with aluminum foil and bake the pizzagna in the preheated oven for 25 minutes.
  7. Once baked to perfection, allow your homemade pizzagna to rest for about 10 minutes before slicing.
