- 9 oven-ready lasagna noodles
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 20–25 pepperoni slices
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Begin by preheating your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the ricotta cheese, 1 cup of shredded mozzarella, 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
- Start by spreading a thin layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of your greased baking dish.
- Next, lay down three of the oven-ready lasagna noodles over the sauce.
- For the final masterpiece, sprinkle the remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese over the last layer of sauce.
- Cover the baking dish tightly with aluminum foil and bake the pizzagna in the preheated oven for 25 minutes.
- Once baked to perfection, allow your homemade pizzagna to rest for about 10 minutes before slicing.
