Ingredients

  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1/2 pound lobster meat, cut into small pieces
  • 1 package ravioli (store-bought or homemade)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
  • 1 cup crushed tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili flakes (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the ravioli in boiling salted water until al dente, drain and set aside.
  2. Sauté garlic and onion in olive oil and butter until translucent.
  3. Add shrimp and lobster, season and cook until opaque.
  4. Stir in crushed tomatoes, heavy cream, and basil, simmer until thickened.
  5. Combine the ravioli and seafood with the sauce, heat through, and serve.
