- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/2 pound lobster meat, cut into small pieces
- 1 package ravioli (store-bought or homemade)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
- 1 cup crushed tomatoes
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/2 teaspoon chili flakes (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the ravioli in boiling salted water until al dente, drain and set aside.
- Sauté garlic and onion in olive oil and butter until translucent.
- Add shrimp and lobster, season and cook until opaque.
- Stir in crushed tomatoes, heavy cream, and basil, simmer until thickened.
- Combine the ravioli and seafood with the sauce, heat through, and serve.
