Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high or oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare the marinade with honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, garlic, ginger, and sesame oil.
- Reserve 1/4 cup of marinade for basting, marinate chicken pieces with the rest for at least 30 minutes.
- Assemble marinated chicken on soaked skewers, ensuring even spacing.
- Grill skewers for 4-5 minutes per side, basting occasionally; for baking, use parchment paper and cook for 18-20 minutes.
- Heat reserved marinade with cornstarch for glaze, drizzle over cooked skewers.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions before serving.
