- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup mini marshmallows (for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Cream butter and sugars until fluffy; add egg and vanilla.
- Combine dry ingredients and mix into the wet ingredients; fold in chocolate chips.
- Scoop dough onto sheets, bake for 8 minutes, press mini marshmallows, then bake for another 2-3 minutes.
- Cool on sheets for a bit, then transfer to wire racks.
