Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F) and prepare a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
- Mash the boiled potatoes until mostly smooth, leaving a few lumps for texture.
- Mix in olive oil, cornstarch, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper until fully integrated.
- Shape the mixture into small balls and place them evenly on the tray. Bake for about 25 minutes, turning midway.
- Once golden and crispy, let rest for a few minutes before serving warm.

Ensure potatoes are well dried after boiling for maximum crispiness. Use fresh garlic for a stronger flavor if desired.
