Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F) and prepare a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
  2. Mash the boiled potatoes until mostly smooth, leaving a few lumps for texture.
  3. Mix in olive oil, cornstarch, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper until fully integrated.
  4. Shape the mixture into small balls and place them evenly on the tray. Bake for about 25 minutes, turning midway.
  5. Once golden and crispy, let rest for a few minutes before serving warm.
