Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line your baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Cream together the softened butter and peanut butter until light and fluffy.
- Gradually add the brown sugar and granulated sugar, beating until combined.
- Incorporate the eggs one at a time and mix in the vanilla extract.
- In a separate bowl, mix the oats, baking soda, and salt, then gradually add to the wet ingredients.
- Fold in the chocolate chips and candy-coated chocolates.
- Scoop dough onto baking sheets, leaving space between each cookie, and gently flatten each.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are light golden brown and centers soft.
- Let cool on baking sheets for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
