- 1 packet (0.25 oz) unflavored gelatin
- 1/4 cup warm water
Instructions
- Start by dissolving the unflavored gelatin in warm water in a small bowl.
- Next, take a large mixing bowl and add the softened cream cheese. Beat until smooth.
- Once your gelatin mixture has thickened, pour it into the creamy cheesecake base.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy whipping cream until soft peaks form.
- Transfer your cheesecake mixture into a prepared ring mold or bundt pan.
- Your cheesecake needs to chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
- After your cheesecake has fully set, carefully remove it from the mold onto your serving plate and add the peach preserves and chopped pecans.
