Ingredients

- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 3 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup Nutella or other chocolate hazelnut spread
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare your muffin tin.
- Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl.
- Mash the ripe bananas, then combine with wet ingredients.
- Mix wet and dry ingredients gently.
- Scoop batter into muffin tin, filling each cup about two-thirds full.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes, checking for doneness with a toothpick.
- Let cool in the tin for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
