- 1 sheet of puff pastry
- 4 ripe peaches, sliced
- 1/4 cup of sliced almonds
- 2 tablespoons of honey
- 1 tablespoon of melted butter
- 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
Instructions
- Set your oven to preheat at 375°F (190°C).
- While waiting for the oven to preheat, wash and slice the peaches.
- In a small bowl, combine the melted butter with cinnamon and sugar.
- Take your puff pastry out of the refrigerator and roll it out on a lightly floured surface.
- Arrange the peach slices evenly over the puff pastry.
- Pop the tart in the preheated oven and bake for approximately 20-25 minutes.
- Once baked, remove the tart from the oven.
- Allow your Peach Puff Pastry Tart to cool slightly before slicing it into generous pieces.
Notes
Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for 2-3 days.
