Ingredients

  • 1 sheet of puff pastry
  • 4 ripe peaches, sliced
  • 1/4 cup of sliced almonds
  • 2 tablespoons of honey
  • 1 tablespoon of melted butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons of sugar

Instructions

  1. Set your oven to preheat at 375°F (190°C).
  2. While waiting for the oven to preheat, wash and slice the peaches.
  3. In a small bowl, combine the melted butter with cinnamon and sugar.
  4. Take your puff pastry out of the refrigerator and roll it out on a lightly floured surface.
  5. Arrange the peach slices evenly over the puff pastry.
  6. Pop the tart in the preheated oven and bake for approximately 20-25 minutes.
  7. Once baked, remove the tart from the oven.
  8. Allow your Peach Puff Pastry Tart to cool slightly before slicing it into generous pieces.
