- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter and granulated sugar until smooth. Add eggs and vanilla, whisk until incorporated.
- Sift in cocoa powder, flour, salt, and baking powder. Mix gently.
- Distribute batter into muffin tin, filling each cup two-thirds full.
- Mix peanut butter and powdered sugar, drop onto brownie batter, swirl with a toothpick.
- Sprinkle chocolate chips on top.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until edges are firm and a toothpick comes out with moist crumbs.
- Cool in tin for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
Notes
Ensure butter is melted but not hot to avoid curdling eggs.
