A visually stunning dish that combines creamy Brie cheese, sweet pear slices, and tart cranberries on a crispy flatbread base.

- ½ cup cranberry sauce
- 2 tbsp balsamic glaze
- 4 oz Brie cheese, sliced
- 1 ripe pear, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp fig jam
- 1 pre-made flatbread or pizza crust
- Olive oil, for brushing
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- Fresh arugula (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Brush a light layer of olive oil over the flatbread.
- Spread the fig jam evenly across the flatbread.
- Layer the pear slices over the fig jam.
- Add the sliced Brie cheese on top of the pears.
- Dollop the cranberry sauce across the flatbread.
- Sprinkle salt and black pepper over the top.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes until the cheese is melted and edges are golden brown.
- Drizzle balsamic glaze on top and add fresh arugula if desired.
