Description

A visually stunning dish that combines creamy Brie cheese, sweet pear slices, and tart cranberries on a crispy flatbread base.


Ingredients

  • ½ cup cranberry sauce
  • 2 tbsp balsamic glaze
  • 4 oz Brie cheese, sliced
  • 1 ripe pear, thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp fig jam
  • 1 pre-made flatbread or pizza crust
  • Olive oil, for brushing
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • Fresh arugula (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Brush a light layer of olive oil over the flatbread.
  3. Spread the fig jam evenly across the flatbread.
  4. Layer the pear slices over the fig jam.
  5. Add the sliced Brie cheese on top of the pears.
  6. Dollop the cranberry sauce across the flatbread.
  7. Sprinkle salt and black pepper over the top.
  8. Bake for 12–15 minutes until the cheese is melted and edges are golden brown.
  9. Drizzle balsamic glaze on top and add fresh arugula if desired.
