  • 1 flatbread or naan
  • 1 tsp fresh thyme leaves
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • Optional: drizzle of honey

Instructions

  1. Start by preheating your oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Next, take your parchment-lined baking tray and place it on a flat surface.
  3. Begin assembling by layer the thin slices of pear evenly across the flatbread.
  4. Place the slices of Brie over the pears, ensuring you distribute them well.
  5. Sprinkle fresh thyme leaves and drizzle olive oil.
  6. Slide the tray into the preheated oven and let it bake for about 8–10 minutes.

Notes

Ensure your Brie is at room temperature for easier slicing and better melting. If you don’t have flatbread, naan or pita bread works great as alternatives.
