  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Begin by preheating your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine your chopped pecans, brown sugar, melted butter, ground cinnamon, and a pinch of salt. Stir until well-blended.
  3. Take your phyllo pastry cups and lay them on a baking sheet. Carefully spoon the pecan mixture into each cup.
  4. Place the filled baking sheet into the preheated oven. Bake for about 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
  5. In a small saucepan, combine the caramel sauce with honey and vanilla extract. Stir until warmed through.
  6. Drizzle the warm caramel sauce over each cup and let cool slightly before serving.
