  • 1 can (13.8 oz) refrigerated pizza dough
  • 3040 slices pepperoni
  • 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 3 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 cup marinara sauce (for dipping)

Instructions

  1. Begin by preheating your oven to 400°F (200°C). While the oven heats up, grab a baking sheet and line it with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the shredded mozzarella, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
  3. Open the can and carefully unroll the dough onto a clean, floured surface. Use a rolling pin to flatten the dough until it’s approximately ¼ inch thick.
  4. Take each square of dough and place a few slices of pepperoni onto the center, followed by a scoop of the cheese mixture.
  5. Brush the tops with melted butter, sprinkle with extra Parmesan, and a dash of Italian seasoning.
  6. Bake for about 15-18 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Serve with warmed marinara sauce for dipping.
