Ingredients
Scale
- 1 can (13.8 oz) refrigerated pizza dough
- 30–40 slices pepperoni
- 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- 3 tablespoons butter, melted

- In a medium bowl, combine the shredded mozzarella, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
- Open the can and carefully unroll the dough onto a clean, floured surface. Use a rolling pin to flatten the dough until it’s approximately ¼ inch thick.
- Take each square of dough and place a few slices of pepperoni onto the center, followed by a scoop of the cheese mixture.
- Brush the tops with melted butter, sprinkle with extra Parmesan, and a dash of Italian seasoning.
- Bake for about 15-18 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve with warmed marinara sauce for dipping.
