Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C) and prepare the springform pan by greasing it thoroughly.
- Mix graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar, and melted butter; press into the prepared pan.
- Beat cream cheese and 1 cup sugar until smooth, then mix in vanilla extract and eggs, one at a time. Fold in pineapple, orange juice, and orange zest.
- Divide batter, swirl in food coloring if desired, then pour into the crust.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes or until the center sets, then let cool on a wire rack.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving, garnish with fruits and whipped cream.
