Instructions

  1. Preheat Your Oven or Air Fryer: Start by preheating your oven to 400°F (200°C) or your air fryer to 375°F (190°C). This step is crucial to ensure that your Pizza Burritos cook evenly and come out perfectly crispy.
  2. Prepare the Tortillas: Lay out one tortilla on a flat surface. Take 2-3 tablespoons of your chosen marinara or pizza sauce and spread it evenly in the center of the tortilla.
  3. Add the Cheese and Toppings: Next, sprinkle 1/4 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce. Follow this with a handful of sliced pepperoni and any other desired toppings such as mushrooms or diced bell peppers.
  4. Roll the Burrito: Begin folding the sides of the tortilla inward and then roll it tightly from the bottom up to create a burrito shape.
