Description

Golden, melty, and irresistibly delicious, this Pull-Apart Sourdough Brie and Cranberry Bread is the ultimate appetizer that will wow your guests!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 sourdough boule
  • 8 oz brie cheese
  • 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
  • 3 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh rosemary
  • 1 clove garlic, minced (optional)
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Start by preheating your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lining a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
  2. With a sharp knife, carefully cut the sourdough boule into a criss-cross pattern, making sure you don’t cut all the way through the bottom.
  3. Take your brie cheese and cut it into small slices or cubes, then stuff these generously into the cuts of the boule.
  4. Next, spoon the cranberry sauce lavishly into the cuts of the bread.
  5. Combine your melted butter with minced garlic (if you’re using it), then brush the mixture generously over the top of the bread and into the crevices.
  6. Sprinkle chopped rosemary, salt, and pepper evenly over the bread.
  7. Cover your assembled bread with foil and bake it in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes.
  8. Once baked to perfection, allow the bread to cool slightly in the pan.

Notes

Ensure the sourdough is fresh for the best texture and flavor.
