Ingredients
Scale
- 1 sourdough boule
- 8 oz brie cheese
- 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
- 3 tbsp melted butter
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh rosemary
- 1 clove garlic, minced (optional)
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Start by preheating your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lining a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
- With a sharp knife, carefully cut the sourdough boule into a criss-cross pattern, making sure you don’t cut all the way through the bottom.
- Take your brie cheese and cut it into small slices or cubes, then stuff these generously into the cuts of the boule.
- Next, spoon the cranberry sauce lavishly into the cuts of the bread.
- Combine your melted butter with minced garlic (if you’re using it), then brush the mixture generously over the top of the bread and into the crevices.
- Sprinkle chopped rosemary, salt, and pepper evenly over the bread.
- Cover your assembled bread with foil and bake it in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes.
- Once baked to perfection, allow the bread to cool slightly in the pan.
Notes
Ensure the sourdough is fresh for the best texture and flavor.
