  • 30 Gluten-free Golden Oreos (1 12oz package)
  • 1.5 ounces dairy-free cream cheese, cut into small pieces
  • 2 tablespoons canned pumpkin puree
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 9oz package dairy-free white chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Begin by adding the entire package of Gluten-Free Golden Oreos into your food processor. Pulse the Oreos until they transform into fine crumbs.
  2. Next, to the Oreo crumbs in the processor, add the 1.5 ounces of dairy-free cream cheese, 2 tablespoons of canned pumpkin puree, and 1 teaspoon of pumpkin pie spice. Process these ingredients on high for about 1-2 minutes.
  3. Using your hands or a 1-tablespoon cookie scoop, take small portions and roll them into 1-inch balls. Place each ball on the prepared baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. In a small saucepan, melt the dairy-free white chocolate chips over low heat, stirring consistently.
  5. After the truffles have cooled and firmed up, dip each truffle in the melted chocolate, fully coating it.
  6. Before the chocolate coating sets, sprinkle some pumpkin pie spice or crumbled Oreo cookies on top.

Notes

Ensure that the dairy-free cream cheese is soft enough to mix easily. The mixture can be stored in the fridge for a couple of days if you prefer to prep ahead of time.
