These Quick Ground Turkey Meatloaf Muffins are quick, healthy, and loaded with flavor, making them a fantastic weeknight dinner.

- 1 lb ground turkey (93% lean)
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 3/4 cup marinara sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey, breadcrumbs, egg, chopped onion, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Mix these ingredients just until they’re combined.
- Use a spoon to divide the turkey mixture evenly into the prepared muffin tin cups.
- Top each muffin with about one tablespoon of marinara sauce.
- Place the muffin tin in the oven and bake for 20 to 22 minutes.
- Once finished baking, remove the muffin tin from the oven and sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top of each muffin.
- Let the muffins rest for about 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
Leftover muffins can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
