- 1½ tbsp dry ranch seasoning
- Olive oil spray (as needed)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 250°F (120°C). Prepare your baking sheet by lining it with a silicone baking mat or parchment paper.
- After slicing the zucchini, use paper towels to pat them dry.
- Place the zucchini slices into a bowl and lightly spray them with olive oil. Toss with dry ranch seasoning until each slice is evenly coated.
- Evenly distribute the seasoned zucchini slices in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Bake them in the oven for about 45 minutes.
- Carefully flip each slice using a spatula. Return them to the oven and continue baking for an additional 10–20 minutes.
- Once the baking is complete, remove the chips from the oven and allow them to cool slightly.
