Description

Satisfying cravings for something crunchy and flavorful doesn’t have to come with a side of guilt. Enter Ranch Zucchini Chips—a delightful snack that’s as healthy as it is delicious.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 cups thinly sliced zucchini (about 1/8 inch thick)
  • 1½ tbsp dry ranch seasoning
  • Olive oil spray (as needed)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 250°F (120°C). Prepare your baking sheet by lining it with a silicone baking mat or parchment paper.
  2. After slicing the zucchini, use paper towels to pat them dry.
  3. Place the zucchini slices into a bowl and lightly spray them with olive oil. Toss with dry ranch seasoning until each slice is evenly coated.
  4. Evenly distribute the seasoned zucchini slices in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Bake them in the oven for about 45 minutes.
  5. Carefully flip each slice using a spatula. Return them to the oven and continue baking for an additional 10–20 minutes.
  6. Once the baking is complete, remove the chips from the oven and allow them to cool slightly.

Notes

Ensure uniform thickness in zucchini slices for even cooking and crispiness.
